In fact, our agency is named after our daughter. She’s also our youngest content creator, full of ideas for posts and visuals, and the reason we care about building something that lasts.
Why we only do Google Search Ads
Marsha started ZHEA in 2021 because the pandemic had pushed Malaysian businesses to find customers online almost overnight. At the same time, many small businesses tried Google Ads and gave up after paying for clicks that never turned into enquiries.
In most cases, the pattern was the same: automated settings, broad keywords, and budget spread across banner ads and videos that customers scroll past. For this reason, we narrowed down to the one part that works most reliably for local service businesses: Search Ads, shown only when someone types what you sell into Google.
